General rules of Casa Enza - Holiday House in Porlezza

Casa Enza – Holiday House in Porlezza is a family-run accomodation facility, focused on helpfulness, professionalism and discretion, guaranteeing a familiar and private atmosphere with all comforts. The cleanliness of all environments is one of our strengths. Our structure is suitable for all people who want to enjoy days of complete relaxation, with the serenity of sharing common spaces with other guests.

Compliance with the following rules is therefore required:

  • The apartments can accommodate up to 4 people at the rates shown. A fifth person is admitted on request at an additional cost of €13.00 per night.
  • Adults and children of all ages are welcome.
  • Only one pet is allowed exclusively in the ground floor apartment and at an additional cost of €10.00 per week.
  • Guests of Casa Enza – Holiday House in Porlezza are required to respect the silence hours from 1pm to 4pm.
  • Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the apartments.
  • The property offers its guests free garden sun loungers. Please remember that it is forbidden to use the sun loungers outside the structure or take them outside.
  • The house has an outdoor garden available to guests of both apartments. In case of concurrent guests of the two apartments, access to the external stone barbecue is reserved only for guests of the ground floor apartment.

Reservation

Booking an apartment at the Enza Holiday Home in Porlezza is very simple, just follow the following instructions:

  • Choose the apartment you are interested in.
  • Check and verify the availability of the apartment of your choice on the Booking page. On this page you will find the consultable calendars of the relevant apartments and you can check if the dates you are interested in are available.
  • We remind you that the apartments at Casa Enza – Holiday House in Porlezza can be booked for a minimum of 7 days up to a maximum set by law of 30 days and only from Saturday to Saturday, except for exceptions to be agreed upon.
  • Click on ‘Book Now’ and fill out the booking request form in all its fields. You will receive an email confirming the request has been sent.
  • Subsequently you will receive an email from Enza, the owner of Casa Enza – Holiday House in Porlezza, who will provide you with a cost estimate based on the applied rate, tourist taxes and your preferences.
  • To confirm the booking it will be necessary to pay the confirmation deposit in advance, equal to 30% of the total amount.
  • Once the payment has been received, Enza will update the calendar and your booking will be confirmed.

Refund Policy in case of cancellation

In case of cancellation of the reservation the following refund policies apply:

  • Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in receive a 100% refund of the amount they have already paid.
  • Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
  • Travelers who cancel within 14 days of check-in are not entitled to a refund.
  • In case of a refund, €20.00 will be retained for administrative costs.

Payments: rates and payment deadline

  • The payment of the confirmation deposit, equal to 30% of the total booking amount, is necessary to confirm a booking request for an apartment and must be made within 5 days of receiving Enza’s quote.
  • The balance of the total amount of the reservation must be paid no later than the 15th day from the date of arrival at the property.
  • The rates displayed on this site include accommodation and overnight stay for 4 people, whether adults or children. A fifth person is admitted on request at an additional cost of €13.00 per night. A fifth extra bed is provided.
  • For the payment of the deposit and the balance, payment by bank transfer is accepted.
  • For tourist taxes and additional expenses, only cash is accepted.

Check-In

Check-in for guests of accomodation facility is scheduled for the day of arrival from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If your arrival time is different from the property’s check-in time, you will need to communicate this in advance.

  • All guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in.

Check-Out

The check-out of the guests of our accomodation facility is scheduled for the day of departure from 7:30 to 10:00. Guests must leave the house no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Children, Baby cot, high chair and changing table

Children of all ages are welcome at Casa Enza – Holiday House in Porlezza and the following services are available for them on request:

  • For newborns from 0 to 3 years of age, a cot/crib is available on request and included in the price.
    Table high chair, changing table and bottle warmer are available on request and included in the price.

Animali

Only one pet is allowed on request and only and exclusively in the apartment on the ground floor of Casa Enza – Holiday House in Porlezza. For guests with an accompanying pet there is a supplement of €10.00 per week.

Smokers

Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor areas of Casa Enza – Holiday House in Porlezza. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
